1. WORKER RESPONSIBILITY
• Provide true and correct ID, contact, and details • Maintain professional behavior at all times • Follow all instructions and safety rules at worksite • Do not misuse or misrepresent skills or identity • Violations may result in suspension or removal
2. WORKPLACE CONDITIONS
• Agricultural work may include physical labor, long hours, and outdoor weather exposure • Workers must accept jobs suitable to their physical ability and skill level • Contractors/farm owners are responsible for providing tools, supervision, and site safety • Workers must immediately report unsafe conditions to VEEBO support or contractor
3. NO GUARANTEE OF WORK OR INCOME
• Registration does not guarantee job placement • Work depends on season, demand, and availability • No fixed income, hours, or continuous employment is guaranteed
4. PAYMENT & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
• Payment terms are strictly between worker and contractor unless otherwise stated • VEEBO may assist in communication and mediation between both parties • Workers may report disputes or issues to VEEBO support for review • Mediation outcomes are based on available facts and platform policies
5. LIABILITY & LIMITATION
• VEEBO is not responsible for: - Workplace injuries or accidents - Loss of income or missed work - Disputes between worker and contractor - Conditions at external work sites • VEEBO acts only as a connecting platform and does not control farm operations or site conditions
6. WORKER RIGHTS & SUPPORT
• Workers may contact VEEBO for support, complaints, or clarification at any time • Workers will be treated fairly during job allocation based on availability and skill matching • Safety concerns will be reviewed where possible
7. AGREEMENT CONFIRMATION
