1. ABOUT VEEBO
Veebo Services is a manpower facilitation platform based in Chintamani, Karnataka. We connect verified workers with farm owners and contractors for agricultural and local labor requirements. Veebo does not act as an employer. We only provide a connection and coordination service between users.
2. USER ELIGIBILITY
• Users must be at least 18 years of age • Workers must provide valid government ID for verification • Contractors must provide accurate job details and worksite information • All users must comply with applicable laws of India
3. NO EMPLOYMENT RELATIONSHIP
Veebo is not an employer of Workers or Contractors. All work arrangements are independent agreements between the Worker and the Contractor. Veebo is not responsible for wages, supervision, or daily work execution.
4. NO GUARANTEE OF WORK OR WORKERS
Veebo does not guarantee: • Continuous job availability for workers • Availability of workers for contractors • Fixed income, hours, or staffing levels All placements depend on demand, season, and availability.
5. WORKER & CONTRACTOR RESPONSIBILITY
Workers are responsible for: • Performing assigned tasks honestly and safely • Following instructions given at the worksite Contractors are responsible for: • Providing clear work instructions and scope • Ensuring safe working conditions • Supervising workers at the site Both parties must maintain professional conduct.
6. WORKPLACE SAFETY
• Contractors are fully responsible for site safety • Necessary tools, supervision, and basic facilities must be provided by the contractor • Workers must follow safety instructions at all times • Veebo does not control or supervise worksite conditions and is not liable for accidents or injuries
7. PAYMENTS & FINANCIAL TERMS
• Payments are the sole responsibility of the Contractor • Payments may be facilitated through Veebo office or approved channels (if applicable) • Veebo does not guarantee payments or act as a bank or employer • Direct payment disputes must be handled between Worker and Contractor, with optional Veebo mediation
8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
• Veebo may assist in resolving disputes between users • Users must report issues within a reasonable time • Resolution will be based on available records and communication • Final jurisdiction lies with competent courts in Karnataka, India
9. PROHIBITED CONDUCT
Users must NOT: • Provide false identity or documents • Harass or mistreat other users • Bypass Veebo to avoid service processes after connection is made • Engage in illegal activities Violation may result in suspension or permanent ban.
10. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION
Veebo may suspend or terminate accounts for: • Misconduct or fraud • Repeated no-shows or payment issues • Violation of platform rules • Safety or trust concerns within the system
11. PRIVACY & DATA
• We collect basic personal information for verification and job matching • Data is used only for service operations • We do not sell personal data • Information is shared only between relevant parties for job execution or legal compliance
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Veebo acts only as a connecting platform. Veebo is not liable for: • Workplace injuries or accidents • Loss of income or business • Worker performance or misconduct • Site conditions or operational risks • Financial disputes between users Maximum liability of Veebo, if any, is limited to service fees received for that specific engagement.
13. CHANGES TO TERMS
Veebo may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of services means acceptance of updates.
14. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Karnataka, India.
15. ACCEPTANCE
By registering as a Worker or Contractor, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.

Veebo is a Chintamani-based manpower agency acting as a verified bridge between local laborers (Workers) and farm/property owners (Contractors). We facilitate labor connections but do not act as the direct employer for field activities.
2. User Eligibility
All Users must be at least 18 years old. Workers must provide valid government-issued identification for verification. Contractors must provide accurate location and job details to ensure safety and transparency.
3. No Employment Relationship
Veebo is not an employer of Workers. Workers are independent contractors or daily-wage earners. Veebo provides referral and verification services only; the job management and direct supervision remain with the Contractor.
4. No Guarantee of Work or Workers
While Veebo strives for 100% placement, we do not guarantee that every Worker will find a job or that every Contractor will find Workers on specific dates, especially during peak seasonal shifts.
5. Worker & Contractor Responsibility
Workers are responsible for performing tasks to the best of their ability. Contractors are responsible for providing a clear scope of work and necessary tools unless otherwise agreed upon during the booking process.
6. Workplace Safety
Contractors must ensure a safe working environment. Veebo is not liable for accidents or injuries occurring at the job site. Regular safety guidance is provided to all registered members to minimize risks.
7. Payments
Payments are handled via the Veebo local office or designated agents. Contractors must pay the agreed wages and agency fees promptly. Workers will receive payments according to their chosen daily or weekly cycle.
8. Disputes Between Users
Veebo acts as a mediator for disputes regarding wage delays or work quality. However, final resolution depends on mutual cooperation. Any illegal activity will be reported to local authorities immediately.
9. Prohibited Conduct
Users are prohibited from providing false information, misbehaving at job sites, or attempting to bypass Veebo systems to avoid legitimate agency fees once a connection has been made.
10. Account Suspension
Veebo reserves the right to suspend any Worker or Contractor who repeatedly fails to show up, delays payments, or violates the safety and behavioral standards of our community.
11. Privacy & Data
We collect IDs and contact numbers only for verification and job coordination. Your data is kept secure and never sold. It is shared only between the specific Worker and Contractor for job-related purposes.
12. Limitation of Liability
Veebo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from job site activities. Our liability is limited to the extent of the referral service provided.
13. Changes to Terms
Veebo may update these terms to reflect changing labor laws or business practices. Users will be informed via posters at our local office or via WhatsApp/SMS notifications.
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chintamani, Karnataka.
15. Acceptance
By registering at our office or through our representatives, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to follow these Terms & Conditions.

Veebo acts only as a connector between labor and farms. We do not guarantee that every worker will find a job every day, nor do we guarantee that every contractor will find the exact number of workers they need at all times. All placements are based on current market demand and labor availability.
5. Worker & Contractor Responsibility
Workers are responsible for performing their duties with honesty and care. Contractors are responsible for providing a clear description of the work and necessary tools. Both parties must treat each other with respect and follow the agreed-upon schedules. Veebo is not responsible for the personal conduct of users outside of transaction management.
6. Workplace Safety
The contractor must ensure a safe working environment on the farm. Documentation of safety measures may be requested by Veebo. Workers must follow all safety instructions provided by the farm owner. Veebo does not assume liability for workplace accidents but encourages all users to maintain high safety standards and proper insurance.
7. Payments
All payments for services rendered by Workers shall be processed through the Veebo office or designated digital platform. Contractors agree to pay the agreed-upon rates, which may include agency fees. Any payment disputes must be reported immediately to Veebo management for resolution. Direct payments outside the platform are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.
11. Privacy & Data
Veebo collects and processes personal information necessary for identification, verification, and job matching. By using our services, you consent to our collection and storage of your data. We respect your privacy and do not sell your personal information to third parties. Data is used solely to improve our manpower services and ensure community safety.

12. Limitation of Liability
Veebo acts only as a platform and agency for connecting users. Under no circumstances shall Veebo, its founders, or staff be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the platform. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of the work performed, or the conduct of any user, whether on or off the worksite. You agree that your use of Veebo services is at your own risk. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the amount of any service fees paid to us by you in the three months preceding the claim.

By registering with Veebo, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
8. Disputes Between Users
Veebo is not a party to any agreements, contracts, or disputes between Workers and Contractors. Users are solely responsible for their interactions, conduct, and the resolution of any disagreements arising from job performance, payments, or workplace conditions. Veebo shall not be liable for any claims, demands, or damages of every kind and nature arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.
14. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the State of Karnataka, India. Any legal action or proceeding related to your access to, or use of, the service shall be instituted in a state court in Chintamani, Karnataka. You and Veebo agree to submit to the jurisdiction of, and agree that venue is proper in, these courts in any such legal action or proceeding.

8. Disputes Between Users
In case of disagreements regarding work quality or hours, Veebo will mediate based on our internal verification logs. Final resolution remains subject to local village council norms or laws.
9. Prohibited Conduct
Users are prohibited from providing false information, engaging in harassment, or bypassing Veebo to settle labor payments outside of the official agency process.
10. Account Suspension
Veebo reserves the right to suspend or terminate service for any worker or contractor who violates these terms or engages in unethical practices that harm our community.
11. Privacy & Data

12. Limitation of Liability
Veebo is not liable for any physical injury, property damage, or crop loss occurring during work assignments. All work is performed at the mutual risk of the parties involved.

Payments must be handled through Veebo's authorized payment methods or office. Workers are paid based on the agreed daily or weekly rates. Contractors are responsible for timely payment for services rendered.
8. Disputes Between Users
In case of disagreement between a Contractor and a Worker, Veebo may offer mediation services at its discretion. However, the ultimate resolution lies between the involved parties.
9. Prohibited Conduct
Users are prohibited from using the platform for any illegal activities, harassment, or to bypass Veebo's systems to make independent payment arrangements for workers introduced through the platform.
10. Account Suspension
Veebo reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, provides false information, or receives repeated negative feedback from other users.
