Worker Disclaimer
All field staff engaged through this platform are considered independent laborers or employees of the contractor. No direct employment relationship is created between the laborers and Veebo Services unless explicitly stated in writing.
Workplace Safety & Control
Contractors must adhere to local safety standards and ensure laborers are equipped with necessary tools. The contractor shall indemnify Veebo Services against any claims arising from workplace accidents or safety violations.
Payment & Financial Responsibility
Contractors are responsible for the timely disbursement of wages to workers. Veebo Services facilitates the transaction between farmers and contractors but holds no liability for contractor-side financial mismanagement.
Dispute Disclaimer
Any disputes regarding work quality, hours, or specific field performance must be resolved directly between the contractor and the farm owner. Veebo Services provides a mediation channel but is not a party to these disputes.
Liability Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veebo Services shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the contractor's use of our manpower matching services.

IMPORTANT NOTICE
By registering as a contractor with Veebo Services, you agree that Veebo acts only as a JOB FACILITATION AND CONNECTING PLATFORM between contractors and workers in the Chintamani Taluk region. No employer–employee relationship is created between Veebo Services and any contractor or worker.
1. CONTRACTOR RESPONSIBILITY
• Contractors are fully responsible for supervising, managing, and directing all workers at their site • Contractors must provide clear job instructions, scope of work, and working conditions • Contractors must comply with all applicable labor laws and local regulations in Karnataka • Contractors are responsible for fair treatment and professional conduct toward workers
2. WORKER MANAGEMENT & DISCLAIMER
• Veebo verifies worker identity but does not control individual behavior, productivity, or performance • All workers are considered independent laborers assigned through the platform • Any work-related issues must be reported within a reasonable time for review or mediation support
3. WORKPLACE SAFETY & CONDITIONS
• Contractors are solely responsible for maintaining a safe working environment • Contractors must provide necessary tools, guidance, and basic facilities where applicable (water, rest) • Veebo does not supervise on-site operations and is not liable for accidents, injuries, or unsafe conduct at the worksite • Contractors must ensure compliance with all safety standards and labor regulations
4. PAYMENT & FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
• Contractors are fully responsible for payment of wages and agreed labor charges • Payments must be made directly or through Veebo-approved facilitation channels (if applicable) • Veebo does not guarantee payments, profits, or financial outcomes of any engagement • Contractors are responsible for all financial risks including delays or disputes in payment
5. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
• Any dispute between contractor and worker must first be reported to Veebo support for mediation • Veebo will review disputes based on available facts, communication, and platform records • If unresolved, disputes shall be governed under the applicable laws of India • Jurisdiction shall lie with competent courts in the State of Karnataka
6. LIABILITY LIMITATION
• Veebo Services acts only as a connecting platform • Veebo is not liable for: - Workplace injuries or accidents - Loss of income or business - Worker performance or conduct - Site conditions or operational risks - Financial disputes between parties • Maximum liability of Veebo, if any, shall be limited to service fees (if applicable) received for that specific engagement
7. AGREEMENT CONFIRMATION
Important Notice
All registration information provided must be accurate and verifiable. Veebo Services serves as a bridge between contractors and seasonal workers in the Chintamani Taluk region. By completing this registration, you acknowledge that you are entering into a professional agreement for labor management services.
By registering, the contractor confirms that:
• All information provided is true and verifiable • They understand Veebo is only a facilitation service • They accept full responsibility for their worksite, workers, safety, and financial obligations • They agree to comply with applicable laws and local labor regulations
FINAL STATEMENT
Veebo Services is a manpower facilitation platform that connects contractors and workers for agricultural and local employment opportunities. All operational, legal, and financial responsibilities remain solely with the contractor and/or worker as independent parties.
Workplace Safety & Control
The contractor maintains full control over the workplace and is responsible for ensuring all safety protocols are followed. Veebo Services is not liable for accidents or injuries occurring under the contractor's direct supervision and control.
Payment & Financial Responsibility
Payments for services must be made in accordance with the agreed-upon rates. The contractor assumes all financial responsibility for the labor requested and must ensure timely结算 through our official office channels.
Dispute Disclaimer
In the event of a dispute between the contractor and a worker, Veebo Services will act as a mediator. However, our liability is limited, and we do not assume responsibility for the actions or performance of individual workers beyond our standard verification process.
Liability Limitation
Veebo Services and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the contractor's use of our labor connection services. Maximum liability is limited to the service fee paid for the specific labor engagement.
Workplace Safety & Control
The Contractor is solely responsible for maintaining a safe working environment and providing necessary safety equipment to all workers. Veebo Services does not exert direct control, supervision, or management over the specific methods, tools, or day-to-day operations at the Contractor’s workplace. The Contractor acknowledges that they must comply with all local safety regulations and labor laws current in Chintamani Taluk and the State of Karnataka.
Payment & Financial Responsibility
The Contractor is solely responsible for all financial obligations related to their registration and the performance of services. This includes, but is not limited to, the direct payment of wages to workers, tax withholdings, and any applicable insurance premiums. Veebo Services acts only as a facilitation platform and does not guarantee payments from clients to contractors, nor does it assume any liability for unpaid labor costs or financial losses incurred by the Contractor during the course of business operations.
Dispute Disclaimer
Any disagreement, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the contractor's engagement with Veebo Services shall be settled through amicable negotiation in the first instance. If a resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Chintamani Taluk, Karnataka region. Contractors waive any right to claim inconvenient forum or lack of personal jurisdiction. All legal proceedings shall be conducted according to the applicable laws of India.

Veebo Services acts solely as a facilitator. We do not assume liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from contractor engagements, workplace incidents, or financial disputes between parties. By registering, the contractor acknowledges full legal and operational responsibility for their professional conduct and compliance with all applicable laws.
